Well I am glad Christmas is over. I stopped tracking calories at 10:00 Christmas eve and enjoyed the three days off work at both jobs. I managed to gain 8.5 pounds and enjoyed every bite. I hosted 25 people at Christmas dinner and made way too many sweets and high fat content foods, everybody thought the food was great, but I knew not very healthy. Now with that behind me I can get back on track. The next pitfall will be New Years Eve with our families traditional Potato Pie at midnight, then I should be able to work at the diet without interuption. I found my home scale to be inaccurate and varied as many as 8 pounds within a half hour. I will only use the scale at work for further updates.
