@nurmala itu maah waw banget bisa trun 5kg dlm kurun wktu kurang dari 1bln.. Lanjut kk 💪
@must aku sih lebih ngatur pola mkan dan jadwal mkan kk.. jjur aku jrang olga kk, krna pulker udah capek bnget.. kdang kalo ada tmen ajh jogging 🤭
