Ini sebenrnya bukan chia tapi kangkung. Yg chia blm bisa dipanen. Tapi prinsipnya sama aja. Tinggal tabur di media tanam, semprot air, simpan jauh dr matahari. Nanti juga tumbuh.

Microgreen pakai tanah biasa aja/ rockwool/ cocopeat. Paling gampang pakai tanah biasa.
