I'm feeling kind of bloated this morning so I think this weight doesn't reflect my current weight. But anyways I went for a run today, w2d3 of c25k, which I re-started. In the end I run for a little extra just to give me come confidence because next week I'll start week 3 and it's a tough one. And then week 4 which I heard is one of the hardest in the program. I'm legit scared about that one. Running will begin to be more serious now!
