Over 3000 calories yesterday. Just an excuse we had our company holiday luncheon and had over 2000 calories, then at my second job the had a table full of deserts and stuff. Not huge portions just some of everything. Just an example of how the calories can add up if you don't pay attention. I hope to maintain less than 2000 calories per day during Holiday weekend. my BMI indacates 3400 for an active person. Maybe I will hit the treadmill and burn a couple thousand over weekend.
