With a family distributed throughout different parts of the country, we try to stay on touch with everyone. Yesterday we had an early Thanksgiving with my oldest daughter and her family. consequently I'm up again. From now through New Year's are my most difficult times. I started this journey at 230 lbs originally so I'm still in a better place than I was.

only 2#. you got it. I like what thor ramsey said. everyone talks about eating healthy but as christians we know this world is not our home. so I say eat a cheeseburger. get closer to jesus. lol. after all it's his birthday coming up.
