週日 cheat day 吃自助餐,大大補充蛋白質,很驕傲的是,今天雖然大吃,但是沒怎麼碰碳水,就吃了一塊芋頭,一個麻吉燒。糖份則是兩支冰棍,其他都是牛肉和海鮮。估計明天體重會上去,但是相較之下沒那麼罪惡。希望快速恢復正常飲食,畢竟接下來年底各種聚餐節日,都好難避免喔!
