Well, I bought a new dvd by Leslie Sansone. It's a 4 miler and it kicked my butt yesterday. Talk about working your arms from the beginning! I think she is getting better and better with her workouts. I need to work on my water intake. So, I started last monday exercising again and only missed 1 day, thursday. I know the key is walking and water. So, I will do the walking today probably in a couple of hours. Just ate some bean soup. I heard on t.v. where chewing "Extra" gum will cause you to not want to eat. So I have been chewing it. It does help with wanting to snack. The flavor lasts an "Extra" long time. :) I am due to start my monthly this week or next, so I wonder if I will lose any more or maybe gain for next week. We will see!
