Really struggling with weight. Starting a diet this time of year, probably setting myself up to fail, but need to do this now. Blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol all high. Time to get healthy:)

Hi Katie,
I know just how you feel! I too just started a diet yesterday. I got to 165 lbs and was hating myself. I am doing a protein shake, veggie juice, Bragg apple cider vinegar and lemon juice cocktail fast, All raw and about 1000 calories a day. I am not going to stop until I hit my goal weight of 145 lbs. I'm done letting this stupid weight issue control my life. How about you?
