I felt sure that I'd drop some today, but didn't happen. I have got to do a better job of recording what I'm eating. I'm not ready to get away from that habit. It really helps keep snacking in check.
One bad habit I'm at risk of picking up again is drinking coffee. Peppermint lattes are so good in this cold weather. But they're a sugar bomb unless I make them myself. I've been having one in the evening after supper.
