I am really starting to realize how easily the weight cree[s on. I feel so fat. Today I made some better choices, only one donut, a few chocolates, and carrots tonight with tea, instead of another donut and more chocolate. I now can see how much over eatting and bad food choices can effect my weight. i need to resit temptations and have a stronger will to eat healthy, in moderation. I hope to put more effert into going to the gym, i have thought about trying a class at the gym. maybe that would help. i hope i have the modivation to get there this week.
