Been a while since I checked in. Been trying to watch the portions and focus on as much plant-based recipes as possible. Not really handling the "moving" my body yet. I know it is key for my journey to be successful. I keep trying not to quit. Instead I am trying to be mindful of what I decide to eat...will it help me meet my goal? Or keep me from that dream?
I read some where a quote that really hit home for me. It said: Losing weight is HARD. Maintenance is HARD. Being overweight is HARD. PICK YOUR HARD.
It has helped me decide :)
