I love salad as well mozzarella cheese , red onions , cherry tomatoes , spinach ,and fat free honey dijon dressing by Maple groves farm it's so good I'm a person who doesn't like sweet things on my food but I thought I would try this and I was not disappointed I love cold salad I'm glad you found a way to eat it that satisfies your taste

that Maple Groves farm honey dijon is killer on salmon, or chicken strips, or even salad.

In summer I like salads, in winter I use basically the same ingredients (-lettuce) & make soup 😋

I started doing that with kale salads - they are so both easier to chew and smaller after 30 seconds in the microwave!
