So excited to see all of you that are going through ALMOST the same thing! I am going to add extra water and an extra fruit to my meals today :) ooh and HURLEYSTAR68 keeps me in check too! She is the sweetest on here and will def. help with questions too! <3

Its so hard to diet when you have a husband that needs to add calories =/ What would you guys do in this situation?

OOOH my husband eats cheeseburgers,hot pockets,candy,beer...everything that is high in calories, I will just get a smartones and put it on a plate instead of leaving it in the container and make a plate for both of us and add a bag of vegetables and it looks like a home cooked meal :) ,just ask your hubby if he can eat those high calorie items when you are not in the same room for awhile until you can face it. It was the hardest part of my diet too , so I understand.
