1 bulan turun 7kg sempet stuck sekitar seminggu di 72 , eh pas makan pizza 2 potong besoknya turun 1kg wkwk 😂😂 .
semangat masih ada sisa 13kg lagi, cuman emng dasarnya tulang gede mau kurus juga gede, jadi udah di angka 60-65 atuh aku udah seneng...
