早餐 好市多葡萄核桃麵包100+起司
中餐 逛街
吃了兩種口味芝麻和花生+無糖豆漿
晚餐 煎虱目魚肚+油豆腐+滷鳥蛋+小滷肉飯
蔬菜類嚴重攝取不夠了
