kinda the season is my guess hon. great weekend with the kids but that discouragement and heaviness tried to settle in me too. several others said the same thing. I've been asking for a download of joy of the lord for all of us. it's our strength. word says to put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness but that's tough when I don't feel like moving. it's cold here which doesn't help. and dark. wish we'd just scrap this daylight savings crap. that doesn't help.

Yes the dark and cold does not help. It’s not even that cold or dark here yet 😟 I guess we all just start to get worn down by the end of the year . But you are right the joy of the Lord should be our strength . I’ll be praying for you and all those battling these sucky feelings .

I love this season. Maybe I am crazy. October to January is my happiest time- I guess because of holidays- even with my dysfunctional family-(Not in my household but family in general) I love holidays. The gym will make you feel better, blessed. if you can talk yourself into it. 💗
