Today is day one of my healthy life style. I charged it off by doing a walk at home dvd for 4 miles last night. I woke up well rested, and ate two boiled eggs and a slice of toast. I am at work and I have snacked on a tangerine and a chex mix. I feel Great!!! Not sure what diet I am on.
