dari senin-jumat mulus defisit kalori. tapi pas sabtu minggu cheating suka ngelebihin batas karena ortu ada di rumah jadi disodorin makanan terus (martabak, pizza, gorengan, dll) apalagi sabtu minggu biasanya makan malem selalu beli krn ortu males buat masak2 segala macem. bingung cara ngatasinnya, jadi ngerasa bersalah terus kalo makan enak 😭😕
