Well today is a new beginning. I am starting fresh today. I reached my goal of the last two weeks. I rejoined Weight Watchers (WW) again. It may seem crazy to join before Christmas but I wanted to make sure I did not gain weight during the holiday season. Tonite I will weigh-in and see exaxtly how well I did. Usually, this time of year I am eating every sweet thing available. I am addicted to sugar. I gain about 10 lbs and feel yucky. This year is different and it is because I went to meetings and kept my focus on eating healthy and paying attention to my hungar signals. My goals for this week is to move for 15 minutes everyday. My long term goals for now are to lose 5 lbs. and attend 16 meetings in a row (3 down and 13 more to go). One day at a time and one pound at a time.
