I thought I would have done better with this. I cried the day before weigh in - will I ever be able to lose weight again? I say it is because of the medicine, but is it really or is it me. Today I really blew it and had Burger King, but you know I still have to live and the two days before were very good. It is back on track as of now - don't say tomorrow, there could be too many calories between now and then. I'll keep going. Wish me luck!
