I weighed in for the first time in 2 weeks. Despite a few challenges in Las Vegas, etc, I am down 2 more lbs. to a total of 10 lbs. in 4 weeks. I'd like to see a bit more progress, but going in the right direction is a positive step.

Nice work! 10 lbs in a month is great! Don't sweat it!
I cheated a couple times and still lost - the key is once you slip up get right back on the horse! Don't say well, today is wasted so I can eat what I want the rest of the day and start again tomorrow. The start over needs to happen immediately!

Your doing great!! just remember you didn't gain it overnight and you won't lose is overnight. Slow is safer and you keep it off longer!!!!!

10 lbs in a month is awesome! I hope I can do as well. I want to thank you for your words of encouragement you had posted. My husband and I have adapted pretty well to the South Beach Diet (we're on day 11 phase 1). It is about making better choices, and enjoying good food that's good for you.
