Today I reached -60 lbs. I am wearing a pair of pants I have not been able to wear for at least 1/2 a decade. Life is good! The family is making healthier choices and temptation isnt really temptation anymore. (sigh)
122.5 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
