Merry Christmas to all. I had my big event here yesterday.and of course was over my daily calorie goal. But it was only one day .And looking at my average calories for the month it did not put me over my goal. So as long as I get back on track today no harm done. Hope everyone is having as wonderful a holiday as we are. We are so blessed.
