When it rains, it pours...
Trying to find a ride right now, to take one of my cat's to the vet. My hubby took the car this morning, so I am essentially stuck. Only one set of keys too. I keep telling him we need to get another set, in cases like this. I have my big boy Dozer having problems peeing, and the hub just can't understand that it is a big issue with cats. I will have to make some kind of arrangements with mine, as the majority of Vets in my area like to be paid the day of the office visit. None of them will offer a payment plan. Too many people took advantage and ruined it for the rest of us.
Enough about that. Hope everyone is having a good hump day!

Awww... hope Dozer feels better soon. Yep, you do need more than one set of keys... that's playing it a little too close for comfort. I say you go lock them in the car one night ... that'll get him to make another set after he finishes with the locksmith.

Thanks Lady Bea. Seems no one is 'available' to help. May have to take him to the after hours emergency clinic. They are really expensive and not very compassionate towards you if you don't have the cash on hand.

@ Bella, I think after this he will. It's a little easier to get a ride to my car than it is to have someone take me to the vet. I plan on giving him a good swift kick when he gets home tonight,

I hate it when the critters get sick. Hope you manage to get to the vet before they close. The ER vets require a second mortgage in order to pay for the visit.

Good morning Pumakitten, I'm wondering if you were able to get Dozer to the doctor? I do hope your little friend gets well soon. I'll be praying for him. I am also someone who is constantly at the mercy of others when it comes to transportation so I know how frustrating that can be. I hope you are doing well and have a wonderful day.
