I'm confused and frustrated. After enjoying several meals of Williams Country Stores' Louisiana Style GUMBO, I've tried to enter the gumbo in my food diary. I entered the nutritional information, and the number of carbs are way beyond my limit. But my blood sugar is not reacting badly. I wrote to Williams to find out if I am figuring the portions sizes incorrectly. That is the only explanation I can come up with.
