Yesterday, IF, leg workout, low carb tortilla quesadilla, butter, muscle milk, pepper, cream cheese, hamburger patty with Swiss, nuts before bed
70.0 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.4 kg a Week
