Shirataki Rabbeokki
- 1 butir Telur
- Tteokbeokki 160gr
- Shirataki Noodle 100gr
- 1 Batang Daun Bawang
- 1/2 Bawang Bombay
- 1 Potong Paha Ayam tanpa kulit (boleh pakai dada ayam juga)
- Gochujang (Bumbu Saus Korea) 50gr
- Gochugaru (Bubuk Cabai) sejumput
- Parsley (Daun Perseteli)
500+ kkal
1. Potong daging ayam kecil2
2. Masukkan dan panaskan potongan daging ayam ke teflon tanpa minyak
3. Masukkan air 200ml
4. Jika air sudah mendidih, masukkan tteokbeokki
5. Rebus selama 13 menit
6. Masukkan Gochujang dan Gochugaru, aduk hingga rata
7. Rebus sampai air agak mengental (6menitan)
8. Masukkan Shirataki Noodle
9. Rebus selama 3 menit
10. Masukkan bawang bombay & daun bawang
11. Aduk hingga rata
12. Masukkan telur (jangan diaduk)
13. Tunggu hingga telur menjadi setengah matang
14. Pindahkan ke piring/mangkuk perlahan
15. Hias dengan Parsley
Shirataki Rabbeokki siap disajikan! ^^
