昨天下午兩點半用餐後,就忙到十點半了才有空吃飯,想說都那麼多個小時沒有進食了,乾脆就執行到隔天早上吧;今早六點半我就完成168間歇斷食,雖然沒有很餓但就是想吃了,快速水煮了花椰菜米、毛豆、蝦仁、雞蛋,歐北喇喇欸調味搞定!
