bersyukur... makin berkurang BB, sudah 2 minggu plank, perut mulai ada perubahan, nikmati proses, yakin saja kalau dinikmati akan terasa mudah sampai lupa kalau ini bukan lagi proses, tapi merupakan bagian dari diri.
