Stepped on the scale this morning, no change. Yesterday was a hard day on the diet, Day 1; week 3, ugh. I gave in and ate a snack last night of 1 tbsp. peanut butter; 1 tsp strawberry jam; on 1 slice soft white bread (bad I know); that moved my calories up to a little over 1200. Not too bad, I really needed that snack, so it was worth it.

Not bad! We all need a little extra sometimes. You didn't throw your whole day off. You are doing a good job with your meals 98% of the time! What more can you do? You are doing great! Slow and steady wins the race, and at the way we are going we will see success!
