dada ayamnya di marinade pake bawang putih cincang, pake garam ak pake himsalt atau kaldu jamur bebass (takarannya sesuaikan yaa) ksh 1sdt air lemon+1sdm saori teriyaki (saos tiram jg bole) trus udadehh dimasaknya kyk tumis aja tapi ak pake airr jd no minyak hehe🤗

itu input dada ayam nya di fs dada ayam (tanpa kulit) atau daging dada ayam (ayam pedaging). soalnya bingung, kalau ayam pedaging sodium nya lebih rendah dari pada input dada ayam (tanpa kulit) 😅

hai salam kenal, kalo aku slalu input yg chicken breast (skin not eaten) alias dada ayam tanpa kulit sih kakk hehe :)
