Lots of activity back in my routine, 2 hours of dancing a week, walking to car and between showings, choreo for fundraiser, longer yoga sessions, now 6 days a week and cutting alcohol at least 3 days a week (meh.. still working on this one)
94.3 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
