本來以為好了,結果今天早上怒吃完餅乾之後換後面的牙齦發炎,這是上天因為我亂吃給的懲罰嗎?😭

我是睡眠不足或抵抗力下降的話才會牙齦發炎,多喝水多休息看會不會好一點唷!
