I'm not going to incorporate anymore cheat days into my diet. I mean I eat healthy on them just a lot more carbs. So no more carb overloads! I'm going to stick to the carbs I set for myself. That way I can get back on a steady downward trend. I know that there will be some ups as well as downs. Especially, with weight training and the occasional bloat. However, I'm confident that I can knock these last couple of pounds off to get below the 20's. I just need a little more discipline. So I'm also going back to weighing myself daily. I feel that it helps me hold myself accountable.😊

How do you deal with the psychological impact of getting on the scale and seeing the number go up? That's something I used to deal with a lot when I first started back in April. I'd weigh myself everyday but there were days when I felt terrible because the numbers were going up, even though I was doing everything I had to do to lose weight. That's why I ended up weighing in only once a month now at the end of the month, and I do progress photos every 3 months. I find that as good balance for me from a psychological standpoint.

Honestly mosiarmstrong I don't let it get me down. I'm usually disappointed but I try to turn that disappointment into determination. That way I'll try even harder not to experience that disappointment again. 😊
