It's Sunday night. I just pigged out. It's depressing. I sat down and wrote out a menu for tomorrow. I really want to stick to it. The whole day I thought I was going to blow it. I think it comes from the fact that I've been dieting but not losing. I just have to come to a point where I don't mind the hunger. I want to get used to that feeling. I think a real pitfall for me is bread stuff. I am going to try to minimize the bread. I am going to try to follow more of a Core Weight Watchers program. It's a little harder on this site to keep those points straight. But starting tomorrow, I am going to be much more watchful.
I really want to see the results on the scale. I think when I do, I'll start to become more satisfied with myself. I didn't even have the emotional energy today to come and write on this computer and talk to everyone, which is what usually keeps me going. I know that that was a real pitfall for me. I felt all day like a stirred up soda bottle waiting for the cap to pulled off so I could spritz out and get everywhere. Well, I finally did with tonight's pig out. Oh, well, I'll start again tomorrow. Good night.
My food journal does not reflect everything that I ate today because I just don't have the energy to go through and write everything down. I am going to just start fresh tomorrow.
