I really need to get back on track. I have not be writing in my journal like I should or counting my points like I should. I just try and eat less of what I usually eat and I know if I follow the plan everything is gonna workout right. I don't go to meetings anymore. I need to start going again but I really don't like the leader. I put in my head that because its the holidays I'm falling off track. I ate a piece of cake today and I know I should have left it there. I really need to find my motovation again. Its like I'm great one week and really bad the next week.
