This weekend was a sh!t show when it came to my diet. Too many carbs, including over indulging in wine. Am I self sabotaging myself after a 5 lb loss this week? Celebrating my victory? Or just bad at this on the weekend? Idk but I better get it figured out my next weekend because today I feel guilty and bummed out. Hopefully I can turn it around enough (starting today) that I can see a loss by weigh in on Friday.
