I probably shouldn't eat again... ever. Gosh, I sure have been neglecting my eating the last few weeks and it is showing! Squishy middle, back hurts constantly from minimal activity and the scale that was at least steady for several months has taken a hefty hike in the last 2 weeks. The hubby keeps bringing up having a baby and I WILL NOT get pregnant until I get my weight under control. I was about 10 pounds lighter than I am now when I got pregnanat with my daughter and gained 60 pounds. I was 220 when I checked into the hospital to have her and that WILL NOT happen again. Granted, I ate Taco Bell 75% of the time which I won't be doing this time, but still.

There has been a lot going on lately which has contributed to the gain but it's no excuse. I have been travelling for work quite a bit, which is a new thing. Sarasota in July, Hawaii in August (honeymoon), Rhode Island in October and I leave Monday for New Hampshire. Eating out has been a regular occurance at home which is not only hurting my weight but my wallet too. Additionally, I have had a few weekends of accidental binge drinking. Planning to have a few and before I know it, I am quite tipsy. I plan to cut out all of that, except the work travel as I don't really have a choice in that :) Hubby finally got a job, which is awesome. It will be 2 months on Monday but since the new job includes quite a commute, even without Sacramento traffic, we haven't been to the gym since he started. I know... excuses, excuses. They END TODAY! Although I still haven't figured out to get back to the gym, I will figure out how to do something to get back to the weight on my profile and then lose more.

Wish me luck buddies! and don't hesitate to bug me if you don't see any activity. I need some accountability!
