I know what its like to go above the your start weight. Its very discouraging. Its actually what made me start trying new things. It took a few tries, but I finally found a system that is working! Good luck on this upcoming challenge to lose weight! I know I tried walking alone, without watching what I was eating, and while it helped it didn't solve it. I then decided that I need to be more strict and even make some goals that went over and beyond (Like "no treats"). I've done it and it has helped me realize that eating good isn't very hard compared to saying no to treats. At least that is what I think its done. Not sure. Maybe its just the fact that when I made my goals and said to myself, "This is it". For once I really meant it. My road isn't fully traveled, so maybe I'm speaking too soon, but like I said, good luck!
