昨天還黃澄澄很漂亮的香蕉,被我放在車上一晚就變醜了,趕緊當早餐把它吃掉,搭配冷萃咖啡和茶葉蛋,這樣的早餐是我習慣也熟悉的,懷念以前天天在健身工廠飛輪和重訓的隨性,如今也是能去啦,但整脊椎、治療腰痛中,我被規定只能在跑步機上「散步」🤦‍♀️
