Boy oh boy did I blow my diet out of the water today! I am going to have to buy me some Atkins dinners to eat when we have to eat with other family members. I'm never going to lose this weight like this! Any suggestions about what I should do when we have to eat @ my sis-n-laws? She wants everything I can't have. Cooked the way I don't need it. And we have to eat there frequently.

When I go to someone's house AMD I am not sure what they are going to have, I usually bring a salad. Then if they serve meet I can add that to my salad. Sometimes I eat a snack before and/or after, that way if there is no healthy food I know that I had something to eat. I also "pretend" to eat food when unhealthy food is served to me. I do this a lot when I am served cake at a party, I play with my food like a kid and just push it around the plate, so it appears that I ate some of it and I don't offend the cook or host.

Ask her to prepare something that you can eat, or bring a proper dish to pass.

Blue Diamond Smokehouse almonds (28 nuts per serving) saves me every time! I keep 1 serving in ziploc mini snack bags in my purseā€¦and always have at least 2 16.9oz bottles of water with me. You're doing FANTASTIC Debi334!! Way to go :)
