Unexpected company this weekend so food was not ideal, but I did exercise everyday. I knew that today would be a lighter then usual workout day so I did cardio on the yoga day. Got in a walk earlier and will do some Abs and floor work tonight. Food is all planned out and packed for tomorrow so I am feeling good about week two!
