bb52kg, tb 156.. target 48, dbilangin jngan di kurangi lagi bb nya nnti kurus banget.. mau fokus ngilangin skinyfat ko susah banget ya, kbutuhan protein ga pernah cukup, olahraga juga cuma ngandelin botol aqua besar.. ada yg samaan?????
