1 week vacation weight gain. Even though I had 8,000-12,000 steps each day. It was probably the alcohol. It was worth it!!! And, now, back to reality! Happy Monday!
129.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
