Apparently need a diet plan that will work for me. I can not afford the Atkins diet. Its just too cost ineffective. So my date to start my diet is going to have to come after I have investigated different diets. I thought I could use the Atkins for a Lifetime but I fail.

Heres some food for thought:
Google Jaimie Eason's Live fit daily trainer...
Minus the suppliments, which are optional...a diet like this costs about $15 per day or so.

Also research a High Fat Low Carb diet. With an emphasis on real food and actually being satiated, this one doesn't have to cost a lot. It will take up time initially to pack/plan. But after awhile it evens out. :0)

High fat, low carb, moderate protein.... I love it...I never feel hungry and the food I eat has so much flavor. I used to eat out almost everyday, now I eat in all the time. Most meals I make consist of spinach, eggs, butter, and some kind of protein...it doesn't have to be expensive. I do suggest investing in some spices...i no longer buy any seasonings...just make my own..that way I know there is no added sugar. Google Ketogenic diet and go from there...good luck!!

Smartin585... So glad you mentioned the moderate protein since eating too much can actually be a bad thing and most low carb diets don't share that. If you haven't already, check out NK Evolution. Great keto website with regular posters, recipes and such. :0)
I can affirm that I'm eating things I love and there really is soooo much more flavor. I do eat in a lot and even make some of my own things I'd always purchased before (soy sauce substitute) but the other day had to run and grabbed a mcchicken and mcdouble - just got them as is with no bun. Mmmmmmm.... This WoE is really fairly easy to sick to.
