I have been doing pretty well starting in December. I am thinking about doing this detox diet, Where the 1st day you only eat fruit until your full and the second only veggies, starting with a baked potato for breakfast. I think it is a good idea, it is only 7 days and it is supposed to cleanse my body. Does it sound like a good idea? I don't know, I think it will be good for me I did eat a big mac yesterday, pretty gross but it tasted good. I have to weigh myself tomorrow, I keep forgetting. Anyway that is about it for me. Be careful with those "detox" diets. They work...but you can easily gain the weight right back....and sometimes more. I did this one for 9 days. I ate rice for 3 days, chicken for 3 days, and apples for 3 days. All I had to show for it a week after was more weight and that I was miserable those nine days. Do what you think your body can handle, just be careful, and don't make yourself miserable. :)
