Makanan beratnya aja yg dijadiin camilan. Atau sebelum nyemil makan yg sehat" dulu biar perutnya terisi dan nyemil cmn sedikit, aku gitu soalnya

@hyuneebaek: problemny sering di apa yg kita liat sih kyk kakk🥺 rmhku slalu punya sajian mknn atau cemilan gt gaperna kosong astagaa rasany ya itu yg bikin susah kdg sll msh disiapin jatah walau udh blg lg diet tp tetepp aja jdny jg gaenak nolak ortu gt huhu
