Day 4 - I will get in all the fitenss parts of the Mypypeline challenge for today, jut not in the order they recommend :) Gotta make it work for me. Strength training is done. Yea! I am getting nervous as the weekend approaches. I can get in the exercise, but will have to really stick to my plan with food. During the week I pack what I need for the day and do not keep change around my desk so I can't run to vending. I am not a late night eater so as long as I am good about dinner I am safe. The weekends have less structure and more temptation. I can do it. Maybe I should walk around the house in my too tight skirt for motivation.
