Today consisted of roast veggies with protein. Lunch was a fried egg and steak and dinner meatballs. Made the roast veg in the oven yesterday and had them on hand today. Didn’t manage to eat until lunch time as was too busy with work. Ended up fasting nearly 18 hours which was unintended.
